Heritage of Rétság Industrial Park
Three decades of proven park management in Nógrád County, Hungary. 6 multinational manufacturers and 1,100+ employees at Rétsági Ipari Park.
Rétsági Ipari Park Kft. has operated the Rétság Industrial Park since 1990, making it one of the longest-established industrial estates in Northern Hungary. Three decades of professional park management have attracted six multinational tenants to Rétság: Flex Films Europa (Indian-owned BOPET film manufacturer), Hanon Systems (Korean automotive HVAC supplier to Audi/BMW/VW), Hi-Lex (Japanese automotive control cables), Fitesa (Brazilian-owned non-woven textiles), AFT (German automotive plastics), and Enbi (Dutch precision rollers). Together they employ over 1,100 workers and have invested hundreds of millions of euros into modern manufacturing facilities. Our heritage is operational continuity: zero failed tenancies, full utility delivery on schedule, and direct working relationships with the Rétság municipality, the Nógrád County government, and HIPA (the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency).
